Hello everyone,
my name is Mauro, sorry if I do not write in German, I'm Italian Trentino Alto Adige.
I am for a short time (1 month) owner of a beautiful James Cook in 2011.
I would submit to you this question:
I have the the carried out tests in recent days and I have found a big difference of temperature of the heated floor, from kitchen areas and Those of the dinette. In the kitchen area the temperature is uniform and the surface very hot (the thermostat was at most), while in the floor of the saloon was warm and the temperature distribution was not uniform
This difference of temperature is normal or my underfloor heating system has a problem?
I would also like to ask you where I can purchase these accessories:
1) another shelf of the cabinet under the sink
2) another shelf of the cabinet under the cooktop
4) two shelves for the fridge

unfortunately I have not understood if in your james Cook underfloor heating is hot evenly over the entire surface.
I have written several times in Westphalia, but I never received a response.
Bonometti, however, does not know where to start to solve this problem.

Also bei mir ist alles schön gleichmäßig warm. Das durften wir bei den ersten 4 Touren des Jahres (CMT bis Ostern) ausgiebig genießen.
Wie es unter dem Boden aussieht weiß ich nicht.
